Laziness processing cancellation of license

I have now been to the police station 3 times and sent you 3 affidavits asking you to cancel my tv license and I won't be going to the police station again.

The only reason I obtained a tv license is because I bought a DSTV drifta from Game which I used to watch the sport.
The drifta broke and I can no longer use it. I don't have another tv and as such I don't need a tv license.

For the last time, PLEASE CANCEL MY FREAKING TV LICENSE. Can someone get off their fat and do their job please? because I got off my to do my duty 3 times now at the police station and I've faxed and posted the documents to you people 3 times now. Your Fax number (011) 330 9555 and your Radio Park address and your Private bag x60. My tv license number: 439615709 and my full name is Craig Ernstzen. Cancel my tv license with immediate effect and I will not be paying for your lack of service which has resulted in the delay of this process. If I need to, I will get my lawyers, national consumer act, ombudsman or whoever involved. All I'm asking you to do is your job please man, is that too hard to ask?
