Shocking Service

I'm a regular client of the SA Post Office Wonderpark branch and I have to admit the service provided by this branch is the most disgusting I've ever come accross. I've informed the staff repeatedly that my post box does not have a number and this makes it difficult for me to identify it but no one seems to care. Futhermore, the attitude of the staff is absolutely shocking. I made a visit to the branch today (2013/02/02) to pay my annual subscription and the agent assisting me just laughed and advised me that because my box number starts with a ''62'' I had to go to another branch to pay my subscription - this was after queuing for almost an hour. This branch requires some serious shaking up and I hope something gets done about this. The post office does not provide free services so I expect service for every cent I pay.
