Very poor() service

I place an order on the 4th of December, on the 5th the order arrived but it was incomplete.
I then emailed herbalife and queried when the rest of the order will be delivered as all they wrote on my invoice was "No stock, back order". I kept emailing them on what is going on with my order as my client is waiting for it, after about a weeks emailingh I got a reply telling me my order was already delivered. I then replied stating I am aware the order was delievered but was not complete and I asked again when the rest of my stock will arrive as my client is now bugging me everyday. I got another replay a few days later stating again that my order was delievered and X signed for the order and then I replied again to this person (Tsebo Meso), who clearly cannot read, telling him that I am well aware that my order was delivered but I am waiting for the rest of my order. After this email I have not heard a signal word for Herbalife and it is already the 2nd January and still no stock. Dont buy herbalife, they clearly pride themselves on service.
