Breaching their OWN contracts

After a lengthy fight the last time with interpark and their management, we have AGAIN discovered that Interpark depsite the clause in their OWN contract stating that the premium will be deducted the first day of the month they start to deduct monies from their customers accounts on the last or sometimes even earliar days of the month and if you do not have the moenies in your account when they deduct it then your card gets suspended (Even if you vehicle is still inside) and you cannot get in or out using the card. And also the best part of it all is they have ALL your contact details yet they cannot just have the descancy to contact you and say hello, your card has been suspended or even Hi this month we are deducting on the 25th of the month instead of the 1st day as stated in our own contract. How does one sort out this breach of their own contracts?
