Passing the buck!

Interpark Hatfield decided to break the agreement of their own contract that stated that the payment for their accounts would be deducted on the FIRST WORKING day of each month and in return it gets deducted on the LAST working day of the month. Then they let you enter and park your car inside and then when you want to leave, whoops the gate doesn't want to open. Then the staff at the parking office just rather want to pack their bags and get out of there, telling you to come back tomorrow when their manager is there and that you have to pay R30 to go out. Then tomorrow you have to pay R30 again to come in and go home and this exercise carries until you discover finally that your debit orders did not go off from the bank and was returned costing you the bank fees because they decided to put it through early. then when you try and talk to their senior management they just try to pass the buck around and Mr, Moyo rather tries to prove that he did not receive an email from you and calling you a than helping to sort out the problem. So don't bother reading the fine print on their contract, apparently they don't read it either!!!
