Rip Offs! Liars! Schemers!

Please do not Support Mr Fridge ..rather call professionals they cost the same and may be cheaper (eg. o86 111 5557 ---from experience ..great people to work with)
I logged a call with Mr fridge on the 13 /07/ 2013. ( call out fee of R80 the other company was a free call out)
Selvin responded to this call, Selvin explained that there was a leak in the pipe which we cannot see and that he will have to bypass the leak. He replaced the filter and filled gas.(R600) He said that the fridge is a bit old (Bought in 2009) so in 8 months time if this happens again don't blame him. He further explained that if the fridge does not get cold enough I must just call him and he'll come in install more gas. He said that he could not put more gas now because the cylinder will blow. The next day the fridge started to get warmer. Thats when their service went downhill, I left over 50 Messages and emailed over a 100 times. About 2 months ago I finally spoke to Mr Govender -owner-We settled on a R400 refund --I sent more mails and called a number of times up till today I dont have my R400.I will contact the local paper to express my views. They dont deserve your time and money. Rip Offs! Liars! Schemers!
