Nail appointment mix up!

I booked for myself and two friends to get our nails done two days prior. I specifically said three people to get manicures done. I had two other phone calls to confirm for three people 5pm. At 4pm I received a call informing me that only two people could have their nails done. There was no way we were going to leave someone out so I was forced to cancel all three appointments and needless to say the lady I spoke to was extremely rude, unhelpful and incompetent. I will never return to the Nail Factor and advise many others to do the same!
