Anglican Diocese
Church Accountability

Miscellaneous

On 20 May 2013, I submitted a complaint to the Anglican Diocese of Port Elizabeth, which related to a Reverend Canon attached to the Diocese. I considered that the complaint was substantive and urgent. I do not consider it necessary to make the complaint public here. What this is about is that, if a substantive complaint is delivered to the Church, then this should properly be acknowledged, it should be addressed in full, and one should receive assurance that it has been dealt with satisfactorily. None of this happened. The Church is much aware of the need for accountability and transparency.
