In 2012 l ordered a cake from these guys and because the collection date was a day before sabbath day l was told to make sure l get there before 5pm which l did however l was made to wait outside for more than two hours and that made it clear that the cake was not ready as yet and to make matters worse the function was on the following day. Finally l managed to get the cake but it was a wrong order therefore l sent them an email telling them how unhappy l was and instead of an apology l was told not to order from them again, l mean how can someone treat their customers like that. I have been a regular client and have referred lots of people to them, however this was the kind of treatment they gave me. There was no way l could be happy with a wrong order and the bad service after the amount l paid for the cake to make my son`s birthday special. So with Brilliant Cakes everyone is forced to be happy even if they get wrong orders or bad service (I`M SORRY). It is clear that the Brilliant Cakes lady does not value her customers and the way she speaks to people shows HYPOCRISY. I just hope you learn to treat your customers with respect and humble yourself.
