Bad Attitude and No Delivery

I ordered canvas prints from this company in September. Every time I phone to follow up I get told it will take 21 days for delivery, finally someone decided it's a good idea to look at my order. Then I get told they haven't processed the order as there is something wrong with my photo's, but no one bothered to let me know. I re-submit photo's a guy by the name of Hugh tells me he will prioritise my order. I get phoned a few weeks later to say it is in the post and another 2.5 weeks later when I try to follow up I get told he can't find my order. When I express my frustration all I get is "I will put the phone down on you".
Absolute arrogant, unhelpful people. Will never ever use them again, even if it is for free!!!
