Shocking service and business practice

We utilised the "services" of Joel Jacobs for my daughters 21st party and it was agreed Joel would supply us with 250 photos and a photo book. Foolishly my daughter paid in full in advance.

Eventually we received 80 odd photos and a book that is laughable, being smaller than an A5 sheet of paper. After having complained to Joel, he agreed and readily admitted that he was using the services of a new print company and would try to provide us with a more suitable larger photo book.

3 MONTHS later and we are STILL awaiting the remaining photos and the larger photo book. When complaining to him he advised he is on the salary of a photographer and cannot commit to a date or confirm he will ever be in a position to give us a partial refund.

This appalling service is in his breach of his contract.
