Shouts and tells you he is doing you a favo

He was meant to install a Decoder for us, they do DSTV installation. We were late for a 1 pm he chose to stay and wait and then decided to tell us he was disappointed and that he was doing us a favour whilst shouting. We told him ok we sorry for the time but you can leave if you're inconvenienced, he still stayed but wanted to shout. He then overcharged us by 200 and that he had told us the final cost. There are swindlers beware
