Ordered Ipad 2 weeks ago still no delivery

I ordered an Ipad almost 2 weeks ago, i contacted FNB asking if the delivery will be before the 11 of January since i am leaving on business and wont be available for at least 2 weeks also i want to take the ipad with.
the first response i got was that their couriers only open on the 6th and start operating on the 7th. But the person at FNB said he will contact the couriers and make sure my delivery is on track, got a email on the 8th saying my order reflect on the courier side and they will call me. they did not call. i informed fnb again. they he said that he talked with the courier and its on their system they will phone me within the hour. still nothing happened, its now the 10th. i was contacted by FNB this morning telling me the courier will call me. its now 6 hours after another empty promise. i am a platinum account holder and this is the service we pay for. i can go to a vodashop and get this done within a hour. great product but the service is pathetic to say the least
