Invoice not recorded on International Package

Good morning,

For the past month I've tried in vain to get my package from China released at the mail centre. On the 19th Of November I sent through my invoice to Monica Lynch.

For the past week I've tried calling the Johannesburg International Mail Centre (every hour and holding on for 20minutes at a time) and I'm lucky to maybe get 1 answer a day just to get transfered to another number that does not get answered. I've sent through multiple emails to Monica Lynch, Marie Pieterse, The Post Office Customer Care Centre and the EMS customer Care Centre but no one is repsonding, each one containing the invoice.

Could some one please help me to get the parcel released, before its "lost".
