I logged queries with SANRAL
They called back and then required me to supply personal information to identify myself
In the present climate of identity this is unacceptable
I have no proof that the person calling me is from SANRAL, so I refused
They then cancelled my queries
This is a very bad customer relation act
They are calling me on the number that I supplied when I registered. They should accept that they are talking to the correct person
I then logged a call for this and they still want me to identify myself when they call because I will not identify myself
