Terrible service

I have had to return my clock three times to date for them to repair. Every time they tell me its my fault and it was working. What a load of rubbish. They said I carried it with the weights on. How strong do they think I am. When face to face they promise the world but over the phone they cheeky and go back on their word. I would never recommend them to anyone. They a bunch of liars
