SA Post Office
Branch & customer care not answering and no help

I have a package coming from the US I have the tracking number from USPS which was done in a few minutes i keep checking the status of my tracking the last there was any activity was the 27th November.

i urgently need this parcel for my wedding next Friday, i camt get hold of customer care or the brances in my area the phone just keeps ringing i have emailed Memmeng Selane and her supervisor Judy Maseko, Memmeng gave the anser that she doesnt know shes also never seen a tracking number like man and gave me the contact center after knowing the urgency of this parcel she didnt even bother going the extra mile forwarding my mail to someone who will know, i was just givem the customer service line which im sure everyone knows and have tried i have emailed customer services and no response

i desperately need to know where my parecl is SA post office has always been incompetent of any help and dont even bother going the extra mile for anyone
i need my parcel i think i have been waiting a while
