SA Post Office Complaint!

My parcel has been stuck at the JHB international Mail Center with the status "In transit" for 4 WEEKS don't know whats taking so looong?
I kept calling the center for over 3 weeks now with no luck, they did answer once, but then they said there's an issue with their system and that I must try later, but once again no one answers the phone! where do I send the invoice? - there's no proper emails or info on that anywhere, its a bit absurd - I'm very disappointed with this service, I cant... how frustrating this is getting now!
