Great service (Window Sox purchase)

I ordered 2x pairs of window sox but on arrival the one pair did not fit.By accident they sent out the same incorrect pair of sox when they wanted to correct the error. Pieter then contacted me and informed me to look at the vehicles manual and service records to obtain the correct code. He also offered me a free gift to make up for the inconvenience which I declined as I did not feel it necessary. The following day our correct set of window sox arrived and it fitted perfect. I received great service and support from Pieter and his team as after my online order the sox arrived the next day. I was very impressed with the fast and professional manner in which they rectified the incorrect sox. Thank you! We will enjoy our new window sox!
