5 Months and window repair still not completed

I was on holiday in George, my car got broken intoon 03 Jan, 2 days before I depart to Joburg. I log a call with PG glass and order the driver side window for my Hyundai H1. I even phone the George branch on 04 Jan and speak to the guy to confirm that they order the correct window. They will only be able to get it from PE on the day I depart 05 Jan. No problem, I'll just leave a bit later than planned. They remove my window, then only realize they ordered the window for a H100!!! Now I don't have a window, they say they will arrange for it to be changed in Bloem, I decline because I don't travel that way. They throw away screws for my door panel, and damage my door panel. I will still get this repaired and send the bill to Nico. I have to drive from George to Joberg with a piece of plastic making one of a noise. I phone the complaints centre, they will take it up. Just a phone call to say they will find out what happend. Springs repaired the window on 6 Jan, however my smash and grab has still not been done. Apparently their guy that did this has left, they would contact the Benoni branch to see if they could assist me, to date no one has contacted me to make arrangement.
