Eskom
Been without electricity for 15 hours

Only house in the whole street without electricity for over 15 hours. Reported problem at Tswane Eskom four times already. They "apparently" dispatched someone at 1am this morning (NO ONE SHOWED UP SINCE NOW 6:20am). Fridge and freezer has defrosted food is going bad. Phoned again at 6am, they do not Know what time someone will be able to show up and fix the problem! This is absolute!! We PAY for the service/facility each month yet we are ignored when they need to fix a problem and we're not allowed to fix it within our own means because it is state property!
