NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE TOP DESIGN!!!

I contacted Top Design towards the end of August with regard to registering my company with the CIPC as well as doing my tax registration and tax clearance. I paid R1000 on the 4th of September including R99 for postage. Today is the 18/10/2013 and all I have to show is a registered company which was only done on the 11th of September and NOTHING ELSE!! have contacted them, the last I spoke to Alex who initially did not even now who I was (great customer service that) I was told they did not know why it was taking so long and would get back to me and I am still waiting.

Today marks 45 days since my enquiry and payment and yet I have nothing to show for it. I sent them an email a week ago stating that if I did not get feedback I would demand a refund and they have taken me as an absolute joke and have not bothered to contact me nor reply to my emails. I have been trying to phone their office since last week and it simply rings.

They are a bunch of ARTISTS-DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!
