Bad service for more profit?

A day out to V&A Waterfront & Nu-Metro cinema turned bad. As the movie began, the sound of welding & a strong smell of burning metal filled the room. This was so disruptive that I left the movie to speak to the staff. Unfortunately, the noise got progressively worse! Later, I expressed my disappointment on twitter & got this response from V&A Waterfront: "Hi Cherise, they're finishing off the last of their upgrade. Sorry to hear. Will be worth it."I'm disappointed in the V&A Waterfront for charging me for a below average service. If I was advised when purchasing my ticket that I'd be exposed to noise & air pollution, I would have declined & gone somewhere else to enjoy a movie in peace & quiet. The unsatisfactory response from the V&A Rep made matters worse. I'd have expected at least a few questions to gain an understanding of my concern. Instead I was shoved off & the cinema house blamed for the [URL Removed] from a service industry background, I expect a prestige Corporate like V&A Waterfront to take care of their patrons' concerns for safety &provide a service which was paid for. In contrast, it seems the V&A is more concerned with their bottom-line at the expense of their customers
