Can`t Reply to emails

On the 29th of May 2013 I made payment to my Mtn account and to this day 31st October 2013 they have not bothered to clear the payment after me sending over 10 proof of payments and countless emails trying to resolve this problem and finally pay off my debt I have had no response. How does this company operate are you guys trying to keep me on your records for as long as possible and get as much money out of me over recurring interest to my account .. Some sort of response would be well appreciated
