Took money off our account without permission

We cancelled our account in October at the Stikland branch, I nicely asked long in advance when the bottles must be back by and they advised that we must return the bottles by the end of the month in order to not be billed again. So we did so, we returned the bottles on the 30th of October as they had advised us. Yet an amount for November was removed off our account, I phoned in and asked why they had not closed our account and the lady advised that the bottles should have been returned by the 19th of Oct and not the date which Afrox had originally told us.

This is totally unacceptable and we want you to return our money as you had no right to take it from us. It is not our problem that you made a mistake and we cannot pay for your mistakes. We await your response.
