On 02 November I ordervtwo bottles of Skip. After COUNTLESS enquires to the call centre, and getting wrong information EACH AND EVERY TIME, I still don't have my little two bottles of Skip. Then Groupon gets back to me and said - after being 40th on the call centre and calls for which I pay R2 per minute (just my phone calls callready cost what I would have paid for FOUR bottles of Skip!! Groupon says the products were dispatched on 16 November. Once again I phone Coutier IT at my expense, just for them to tell me theyvhave never received the product. I phone Groupon back, and now all of a sudden Skip is out of stock! Walk into into every single shop and you will see row and rows of Skip liquid. There is no system. You get shut up when you complain with a lie. The last email I received the woman asked me what the problem is!?? If she knew how to scroll UP on her I've asked for a refund of FOUR bottles of Ship, or a delivery of FOUR bottles of skip. This is not the first, or second, nor third timebI've had this experience with GroupCON - because that is what it boils down to. You never get phoned back. Your ship is sinking GroupCON. Learn from Wicount! I will not leave this alone!!
