Pathetic service

I ordered clothes from Mr price online and on the dot is the courier company handling this. I have been tracking my parcel and each day they update with unfounded information. I called this number 011357 3909 on Tuesday the 26, because their status said wrong address, which I found very weird, reason 1, stay in an estate so I buzzed the courier in on Mon, but he never made it to my door step. Reason 2. He could have asked the security guys to direct him, how can the address be wrong if at the gate they were able to find Iit and I buzzed him in. Then when I called that number, some guy who answered the phone didn't even bother listening to what I had to say he just told me to call Mr price and hanged up.&now they claim no one they delivered on Wednesday and Thursday and no one was home? Who opened for them at the gate since I never got a call? I even checked security book they never came. And don't they have my numbers? To check if am there or arrange when to deliver. I stay with my mom she is always home. And overtime I call they always hang up on me. This is nonsense and pathetic, I will never choose them for my service now I will be charged extra for their incompetenc
