Deductions without consent

I purchased a report from creit expert online, i issued them with my card number. transaction was successful when i did not need the report I cancelled the recurring (monthly deductin of R 26.00) after a couple of months i realized that they were still running my card in fact at times twice a month i contacted them and asked what was going on because i was not even getting that report, i emailed bank statements to date nothing has been done. i even went as far as changing my banking details to my suprise they are still continuing deducting the R26.00 how they got the new card number is beyond me
