Unprofessionalism

Forgot the date and venue of our pre wedding shoot and did not attend and made us liars saying we were mistaken and then later admitted she forgot. LOST ALL pictures of one of my pre wedding functions. Outsourced someone for my pre wedding function and did not bother to inform me that she won't be coming. Ignored emails and messages. Did not take phone calls and did not return them. We went to her house and spent 5 hours to design our wedding album and when it came time to deliver it she said she doesn't have it on her computer anymore as it crashed and she did not back it up. What type of business is that? She designed her own thing and sent us an album that had important family pictures missing! Then we spent another 5 hours redesigning the album and finally got it after 3 months. It took 1 year 8 months to eventually get everything from her and there were numerous phone calls, emails and messages sent to her during that time period. That all involved money, time and effort. She's very unprofessional, an outright and just down right LAZY!
