No wedding photos received and no response to coms

My husband and I got married in January this year and Andre from Studioseventeen took the pictures at our wedding. After the wedding a link was sent to us to choose photos for print as well as our album. I informed Andre that this would take a bit of time as both my husband and I travel quite extensively and our time is very limited. As I wanted to finalize the decisions made about the photots we chose, I realized the link no longer works. Since then I have sent four emails and left two voice messages, but no response. So, now I have no wedding photos and to top it all off I paid in full for the service. I didn't even get the cd or dvd that we were promised as well. No one from Sudioseventeen has bothered to contact me since I've been trying to get hold of them the last three weeks. I am very disappointed as they have now turned something that should have been a wonderful experience for us into a nightmare. How can they not get back to someone about the most important day of their lives? I think peaople that are looking to book them for their wedding should be very careful, as they promise the world, but don't deliver anything at all.
