Incomplete job, ignores emails, phone calls

Had our wedding in December 2012, still waiting for our wedding album. we get no response from the many emails, phone calls and text messages sent. One empty promise after the other with regards to our photo's at first and now with the wedding album. Unpleasant experience and VERY unprofessional. Comes highly
