Umvoti toll plaza has more than 35 kids running around between toll booths and approaching cars as you approach the tollgate not only is this unsafe but they running a spasa shop from the toll gate selling litchis and other fruits why do we pay toll fees so that other people can run a shop from the toll booth. What will happen if you by accident hit one of these kids you'll end up in jail be rapped in jail and sit with aids afterwards this is very unexceptable!!!
