Appalling service and bad attitude

Devan catered for my occasion for 60 people. He was asked numerous times if the food catered would be for 60 ppl. On the day off the occasion the food was short and in fact there was only about 45 guests present. So he clearly under-catered.
When I called to give him feedback, he was very rude. Saying that he can not stop people from have more than 1 plate etc. He was totally rude and unapologetic with his service.
The food was not of the greatest standard as well.

Please do not use this guy!!!
