Appauling Service - Unhelpful - 3 Month Delay

I have been attempting to register a PTY with RBR since 28th August 2013. It is now 3 calender months later and I cannot get any feedback or qualified explanation from RBR.

Ironically this is the second time I have used this service, as I registered another company with RBR without hassle previously and was relatively happy with their service.

The problem reported to me 3 months ago was that my name (as on my ID book, and as the registered Director and shareholder of my other PTY is not recognized at CIPCA.
No one at RBR has ever presented a solution to a problem which I cannot change. I constantly get moved from pillar to post speaking to a new and more inept person every time, and told "your query has been forwarded to the relevant department". No one ever gets back to me. No one seems to be dealing with the issue.
I've requested a full refund now for the registration that is clearly not being undertaken in order to do this myself. The answer I got to that from Portia was "I no longer work at the Rosebank branch I am in the CBD, please contact the Rosebank branch for queries" I fail to see how the geographical location of this individual is relevant?
I want my money back!
