Last year October we registered a new company in the name of SIMESONKE. I have a problem with the manner in which our registration has been handled. The only documentation received is the actual registration document, up to this point we have not received any of the other documentation. We followed the company procedure and handed in our banking details and everything else that was required from us and we paid in the money for the combo. It has been just over two months now and we have received nothing, no e-mail to inform us what the issue is and no follow up phone call. We have been calling the company to find out when we would be receiving our documents, as it is important for us to start doing business with our suppliers/clients. Every time we call we are told that "someone will get back to you! ", and that never happens. We went to their branch on Commissioner Street to try and find out what the delay was, once again we were promised by a lady named Portia that she would call their SARS consultant to call me back. As usual that never happened. We sent an e-mail requesting to be reimbursed. Some feedback would have would have been nice. Disappointed at the appalling service.
