Well known exclusive shop are

I won a competition that entitled me to a R2000 voucher
I went to redeem it as I need an outfit for Saturday 2nd Feb
The service was brilliant and I asked prices so I knew what I could take. They said they don't price the goods.
I found a suit which the lady said was R2100 but they could do it for R2000
I had some tailor work and collected it and when I signed the invoice the lady covered the total and made it very obvious she was hiding the total from me which I quickly worked out to be just over R1000.
I asked Joey (manager) who said it was R2500 but they made it R2000
He got Fatima to phone me who said it was incorrectly priced and total was R1800
I now had 3 prices for my jacket & pants (therefore they make prices up)
I called head office and spoke to Levern who was going to "investigate" and call back which has yet to happen.
I don't wear suits but doesn't mean ROB people who have vouchers as they don't care they will get there R2000
I will notify "sponsor" of how House of Monatic operate and only care that they getting R2000 per voucher issued.
I actually want to go back and throw the jacket/pants on their doorstep.
Very unhappy and displeased with these
