Bad attitute I receive from Carvin Govende

On Thursday I called Forensic department looking for assistance, manager by the name of Carvin Govender answer the phone he was so unprofessional & rude. Firstly he pick up the call but did not respond because he was on the other line, after 5 minutes he then answered. I asked him why he pick the call & keep me waiting for 5minutes without saying anything i was told that if i am looking for someone I must call his direct line with a rude voice. I redial the number I was given thinking it is a wrong number but it went through to him again. I ask to speak to Lionel whom i was told he is handling my case. My Reference number: SH00150251.I spoke to Lionel Poswayo regarding my matter but the was no joy from him. When i call him he told me he will call back in order for you to drop the call. Untill today Lionel never called me I was the one to call after an hour or two to remind him
the problem i currently having is that some one open an account with African bank using ID copy that reflect my details. i am currently applying for home loan & was told that I don't qualify due to transaction that happen in may. I spoke to Lionel, send affidavit and police case no
