Complaint - Miguels Mediterranean Cafe Sunninghill

I sent a complaint to the owner of Miguels Mediterranean Cafe on 11 Nov after having a bad experience on 8 Nov. I resent it on 18 Nov and have still not received a response.
Summarized Complaint:
When we arrived, we were taken to a table for 2 - I had called earlier in the day to change our booking to a table of 4 - this did not happen.
We ordered sauvignon blanc and received a vile tasting sweet desert wine.
Starters - We were happy to order off the special CitySlicker menu as per the deal but were disappointed when 50% of the meals on offer were not available, namely the snails and soup.
I asked if there was a manager available, the waiter pointed at a gentlemen inside who looked as though he was having an argument with the bar staff - needless to say, the manager never came over to our table
Mains - We ordered mains - a friend ordered hard yolk (with the steak and egg) as she is pregnant, but received soft runny eggs which needed to be sent back. The food was very bland at best
Dessert - again we were informed that 2 of the 4 options were not available
The bathrooms were shocking. Urine all over and waste paper bins overturned
Overall a disappointing experience!
