Raw Pork Sausage for Breakfast

After a previous bad experience with this place 6 months ago (served a grilled steak that looked like it was boiled steak?) I decided to try it again for breakfast. They served pork and beef sausages, both were raw on the inside. After pointing this out, they took both my friends and my sausages away (which I had dissected to show just how raw they were) and then re-cooked them! After calling the manager over to explain this is not exactly good practice (i.e. raw pork is probably bit dodgy, reheated raw pork probably not that great either!), all she could say was they would deduct the sausages from the price of the breakfast. Not a word of apology...
Not impressed at all, and with a number of other places in the Sunninghill area that serve very good meals, this will be the last time I will be visiting this one. Maybe Gordon Ramsey should stop by!
