P C Pools
NOT GETTING SATISFACTORY RESPONSE TO PROBLEM

In 2009 we had a pools fitted with PC Pools (Cell 0834842907). With the pool we had new paving fitted by PC Pools. We do not have a problem with the pool, but soon afterwards we noticed that our paving slabs which is beige in colour has a blue small crusher stone showing through and the cement/grouting gas gone very crumbly and is disintegrating all over. We contacted Pierre from PC Pools and they came out to seal paving slabs, but the slabs were getting progressively worse. He eventually said to us the the supplier of the slabs has no guarantee on slabs, but in the same vain saying that he put in the same slabs again for someone else!!! Surely you don't put in something that has no guarantee. He does normally call when we call, but does not commit himself to repairing/sorting out the absolutely dusgusting paving and this has been going on for a long long time now.
