My windscreen was damaged during a hailstorm and I have no insurance, after hearing horror stories of repairs taking months, I began phoning around the very next morning, I was quoted ridiculous amounts of money, BSG answered their phones before 8am, arranged for the replacement at my home the very next day, were a fraction of other quotes and payment was very easy as they have 3 bank accounts. The team arrived on time, took as long as I was told it would take and still let me know when the 30 minutes had elapsed and I could drive again, they were friendly and warm and worked unsupervised. I had left my GPS, money and some other valuables in the car (without thinking) and nothing was taken and they cleaned up 100% after they were done. I would and have recommended them to anyone!
