No refund, company in bancrupcy

I bought parts at 3S Tech. It seems the company is going in bancrupcy. They were supposed to buy my parts abroad but after a couple of weeks it seems they never ordered my parts and use my money to solve their cash issues. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. It is more than 3 months that I'm waiting for my money and the guy I'm in touch with, named Enver, is liying by telling me i will get my money the next day, i repeat it is 3 month I'm waiting my money back. I'm in the process to go to court, I don't know when I can get my money back...
