Roxanne has a very bad attitude towards her customers! she is rude and cheeky and her boss, Wanita, couldnt acutally care if they loose business. When I approached Wanita she took her staff's side and quite bluntly said they dont care if they loose us as customers, apparently you are not allowed to complain for something you have paid for!!! I would rather pay R1000.00 for my nails then ever going back to Bella Della! i even gave them an opportunity to apologise for the way we were treated but they didnt feel that was necessary!! i am shocked at the way we were treated and i will tell everyone to NOT use Bella Della!!!
