I went to Hyundai in Alberton and ordered parts from them, they did not have so I had to go back the following day, (time consuming) I got the parts from them, but before I took the parts (wheel studs and nuts) I asked the gentleman is he sure that those are the right parts, I don't want to go back there because I don't have the time to go back and forth, he said yes these are the correct parts, I said to him that the nuts look too big they will not fit on my car and he was too smart and told me they will, I needed the car to be able to do my job, got home and I was right the nuts were too big to fit into my rim, I then went to a different dealer to get the nuts I needed, they supplied me with the parts and I took the nuts back which I paid cash for, I never gave them a f##ing cheque so why they would want me to accept a cheque I don't get, why the k don't they just give me my money back right there and then, I do not have the time to go stand in a que at the bank to cash in a cheque, its fing ridiculous, they say it is Imperial policy, well Imperial that is a policy I tell you!! what happened to the customer is always right policy applied to any good business.
