Good day,
I must be honest i was really surprised to recieve my vehicle back from the panel shop Budget took it to for repairs. All my tools were missing and they take pictures of your tools to prove they were there or not and they were so they searched a magically brought tools to replace them, but from where? How many budget customers vehicles do they loot to find tools to match mine. Secondly the door that was replaced is way off line it almost looks open. This job cost well over R45 000 to repair of which i paid R6200 and I really dont see the worth in it.

They tell me the vehicle is inspected and passes thier quality test but when i arrive i need to ask "where are my tools, where is this cover, why is there still a sticker inside the centre stop light with all my details? Sorry this black scratch right where the body was repaired cant be right can it? " You dont expect to hear we can polish that out quickly.

Not happy at all..
