This is an online company selling baby goods & I took my chances. I placed my order, made payment & emailed them as I was a concerned regarding the status of my order. Candice replied & reassured me in the most professional & friendly manner. I received my order sooner than expected & in perfect condition. I was a little disappointed with the colour of the product so I emailed Candice. She tried reaching me on my cell, land line & email - determined to get a hold of me. Unfortunately, I only became aware of this later on. She made all the effort to find out if their suppliers had alternative options & made a few suggestions to me.
I decided to stick with what I'd selected. Her comfort & smiles reflected in her email. She made me feel as though I was the most important person in the world & that she would accept nothing other than my complete satisfaction. I later received an email from Nicky who also seemed to my happiness at heart & they decided to send a kind gesture my way.
WHERE DID THESE TWO ANGELS FALL FROM? They are a true example to everyone out there in customer service.
