Treated worse than the doctor concerned!!!

I had laid a complaint on the 1st December 2012 about a doctor thats registered with the HSPCA.This matter hasn't reached a conclusion yet. My e-mails and messages go un-answered. When I complained to the service delivery department for the second time, I received a reply on the 30th September and nothing since then. This despite Leogang sending me an e-mail to inform me that the matter will be set down for September. This matter hasn't been dealt with to date and I am disgusted at the dismissive attitude of a professional body!!!
