I contacted the supplier to find out about extentions and that I would be interested. She told me that she has the 50 cm and I then said that i want the longer 55cm extentions. She then quoted me and sent me 4 samples so that my hairdresser could color it accordingly. I then made FULL payment to suzette and booked it for the 5th. I then went for my color yesterday and straight after that for the extentions, when I got there the extentions did not match or look right. She sent me home and asked me to come back today the 6th so that she could fix whatever. Then in the meantime i made a suggestion that i would rather take the hair as is and ask my hairdresser to color it and install it. I went there this morning to collect the hair and take it to my salon, when i got to my salon they measured it and it was indeed 45cm and not 55cm like I requested and was not 100% human hair as advertised. I tried to contact Suzette immediately and ever since she has been ignoring my calls and messages. I am trying to warn anybody about my experience and not to go through the same as I did.
