Hair extensions gone wrong

I went to Masion Marie hair salon for hair extensions, I paid the deposit for the hair and then the rest when it was completed. When they were put in they were not curly as discussed so it was then permed and colored as the color was not the same, I had to pay for the Colour, already a problem. The same day one of the extentions come out, I advised Lezaan that this has happened, after 5 fell out I then when back to have them put back in again. Not long after that more came out, I then had them taken out. When back and paid again to have them put in. It looked so terrible I took photos of it, but according to her they were fine. Not long after that they came out again, my own hair broke badly, she then put clips in with the bond, the bond then came apart and all she did was cut it off. They were then taken out again and put back in with clips. All in all I paid R7000 for hair extentions that didn't last and looked terrible. When I requested a refund or at least half she told me that her partners said no, but they didn't even see the message and state my own hair was. Seriously I don't think she is qualified.
