Unacceptable

I am a little bit upset today. I sent a package to my sister in South Africa from Australia - I paid A LOT of money to get it there. She gets it two days ago - not only was the package tampered with but to top it off the "gentleman" then tells her SHE needs to pay HIM R600 to get the package I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! SOUTH AFRICAN Post Office YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR CRIMINAL STAFF!!! What is going to be done about this please???
